About the Program

What Cracking the Code actually is — and how it works.

Not a course. Not a mastermind. A weekly working session for owners who are done theorizing.

Most business problems aren't strategy problems. They're clarity problems.

The business owner who can't convert leads isn't missing a tactic — they're unclear on what's actually stopping the conversation from closing. The one who can't hit profit targets isn't missing a framework — they're buried in a structure that works against them.

Cracking the Code starts with a different question: what's already working here, and why? Once you can see the existing logic clearly, the path forward becomes obvious. The work isn't addition. It's subtraction — removing what obscures what's already true.

"Most advisors bring a framework and apply it. We find the framework that's already working in your business — the one you haven't named yet — and stand beside you while you use it deliberately."

That's the premise. That's what every Monday session is built around.

A live working session, every Monday at 9AM.

The Format

Each session runs approximately 60–90 minutes. One focused topic. Real business problems brought by real members. You leave with something you can act on that week — not homework for next month.

The Method

Subtract before you add. Every session begins by identifying what's creating friction — confusion, misalignment, wasted motion — before any new strategy is introduced. Complexity is always a last resort.

The Room

Members are business owners at various stages — from the owner building their first reliable revenue stream to the owner thinking seriously about what their exit looks like. The diversity is the point.

You've seen the other options. Here's why this one is different.

What most programs do

  • Teach a universal framework and expect you to apply it
  • Motivate you in the session, leave you alone between them
  • Focus on growth without addressing what's blocking it
  • Mix serious owners with people who are still exploring

What CTCSP does

  • Finds the logic already working in your specific business
  • Gives you something implementable before the session ends
  • Removes obstacles before adding anything new
  • Keeps the room serious — owners who are ready to work

One more thing worth saying: Scott Sylvan Bell brings an exit strategy lens to every session. The question isn't just "how do I grow?" — it's "how do I build something worth owning, and worth selling when the time comes?" That perspective changes how you make decisions about hiring, systems, pricing, and every other part of the business. Whether you ever plan to sell or not.
