About the Program
CTCSP is a weekly live training program for business owners. It runs every Monday at 9AM. Each session focuses on a real business problem — conversion, revenue structure, profit clarity, team alignment, exit readiness — and gives members something implementable before the session ends.
It's not a course, not a mastermind, and not a coaching group. It's a working session. The goal is clarity and action, not inspiration.
Brian Oney and Scott Sylvan Bell, MBA. Brian is a Meliorist, advisor, and trainer based in San Francisco — founder of Meliorist Group. Scott is a Business Growth & Exit Strategist, creator of the Exit Ratio 360™, author of 9 books, and Director of Program Training at The Abraham Group. You can read their full bios on this site.
The core territory: conversion and closing, revenue structure and pricing, profit clarity, client retention, team and delegation, positioning, and exit readiness. Scott's exit strategy lens runs through everything — because building an exit-ready business is the same as building a great business, whether you ever plan to sell or not.
Most programs bring a framework and expect you to apply it. CTCSP starts by finding the logic already working in your specific business — and making it deliberate. The method is subtractive: remove friction and misalignment first, then build. It's a room of serious owners, not a general audience. And Scott's exit-readiness perspective changes how you think about every business decision you make today.
Is This For Me
Business owners who are already generating revenue and want to grow — not people still testing whether their idea works. If you've been in business for at least a year or two, you've hit real problems (not hypothetical ones), and you're ready to work on them seriously, CTCSP is probably a fit.
It works equally well for the owner building toward their first $500K year and the owner thinking seriously about what their exit looks like. The diversity of the room is useful.
If you have a real business with real clients and real problems, you belong in the room. The sessions address fundamentals as often as advanced strategy. Owners earlier in their journey often get more from the sessions than they expect — because they haven't yet built the wrong habits.
Yes — and this is the thing worth understanding. Exit-readiness and business quality are the same thing. A business that's attractive to a buyer is also a business that runs without depending on the owner for everything, has predictable revenue, retains clients, and turns a real profit. Whether you ever sell or not, those are things worth building. Scott's lens helps you build them now.
Service businesses, coaching and consulting practices, product businesses, B2B companies, and more. The common thread isn't industry — it's a certain kind of owner: serious, already invested, ready to work rather than just learn.
